Came here for the 1st time to have my brows doneā¦ was sitting in there waiting for at least 30 minsā¦ she kept taking people for lashes in front of meā¦ those $35 dollar lashes is just as good as my $10 because I worked hard for itā¦ when I got up to leave she tried to apologizeā¦ Iāll never go back here EVERā¦

Only rating the 1 star so that I can leave a rating. If anyone knows any BLACK owned nail salons please point me in the direction!!! I literally just came here from a 30 min commute to get a pedicure. I prefer my water hot. We try 2 different stations and the water isnāt getting hot so I decide to leave. As Iām walking out, the owner (Iām assuming) asks what the problem is. I tell her the water isnāt my temperature preference. She then tells me that the water needs a few min to heat up..I inform her that lady and I were already back there for a few min waiting with 2 diff stations, which the staff informs her of this as well. Another customer can overhear us and asked to check the temp as well, and decided to pass because of this. She then asks me to wait while they heat water up in the microwave which is annoying but I go ahead and wait. After waiting for almost 10 min, the owner comes and tells me that the staff is leaving and wonāt be heating up the water. Iām just blown away at this point. As Iām putting back on my shoes the owner then turns on the water asking me āhow is this not hot enough?ā š”š”š” NEVER AGAIN!! šš¾
Lina baby youāll love her! For it to be the hood they the shxt.. they have some flaws I say 9-10 if you want your stuff done a certain way please say something. They are nice and understanding!! But she opens till 10 & everybody respects her very well so itās safe too . I got a full set & my eyebrows done for only $48 .. ! Go there
The wait is usually long but that is because all the clients are return customers who love the outcome. The service is amazing. Been hooked since the beginning. I go to get my lashes down and have had a pedicure done there as well.
Yes I just cannot do without Lena taking care of my Lashes she is my go to weather in the hood or not
